One Person, One Account

Each person may operate only one account on juaa 9. Reasons for Bonus Cancellation

juaa 9 reserves the right to cancel a bonus under any of the following circumstances:

• The same person claims a bonus from multiple accounts.
• An attempt is made to withdraw without meeting the wagering requirement.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse is found.
• False information has been provided on the account.

VIP Tiers and Benefits

The juaa 9 VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier provides a weekly cashback benefit calculated based on the user's net loss for that week:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.

Example: If a Silver member's net loss in one week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback.

VIP Tier Changes

Users can be promoted to a higher VIP tier based on regular and active participation on the platform. juaa 9 reserves the sole right to determine and change VIP tiers. Tiers may be reviewed if activity decreases.

General Prohibitions

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on juaa 9:

• Fraudulent activity, use of software bots, or automation.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes.
• Stealing another user's information or attempting to harm them.
• Taking advantage of any technical error to gain an unfair benefit.
• Attempting to claim bonuses multiple times through two or more accounts.
• Allowing minors to use your account.

Reasons for Account Closure

If evidence of prohibited activity is found, juaa 9 may at any time temporarily suspend or permanently close an account and forfeit the remaining balance. An appeal against this decision is possible — contact the juaa 9 support team.
